Auxiliary facilities for folding display

The objects used in exhibition activities refer to the equipment used to place, enclose, support, hang, and post exhibits, such as exhibition racks, booths, display boards, display cabinets, etc. The principle of modern display prop design and selection is: ly, to focus on standardized and serialized design. Assisted by special design; Secondly, combination and disassembly are the main methods to facilitate any combination, change, packaging, transportation, and storage; Thirdly, the structure should be sturdy, durable, easy to process, safe and reliable; Fourthly, the design should be concise and the colors should be simple.

The design or selection of the shape, color tone, specifications, and size of display props depends on factors such as the style, scale, display nature, exhibit characteristics, and color tone of the display space. With the popularization of modern display activities, more and more manufacturers are developing, designing, and producing novel display cabinets suitable for various display forms. Standardized products produced professionally are gradually replacing traditional display props. Therefore, when engaged in the production of display cabinets, the consideration should be to use serialized props with multiple functions and uses, all of which do not require or use fewer specially designed props of special specifications, which is convenient for exhibition layout and saves expenses.

Display cabinets are important props for protection and highlighting. Display cabinets usually include standing cabinets (wall mounted displays), center cabinets (four sided glass center cabinets), desk cabinets (desk style flat cabinets with horizontal or sloping glass covers), and set boxes. The commonly used prefabricated high and center cabinets in households have grooves on the vertical and horizontal components that can be inserted with glass; Some also use spring steel clips to clamp glass. If placed against a wall, only the back panel can be installed on one side, and glass installation is not allowed. Some tall cabinets can also have lighting bulbs placed on the top. There are usually two types of desk cabinets: flat cabinets and sloping cabinets. Sloping cabinets can be divided into single sloping and double sloping: single sloping cabinets are usually placed against the wall, while double sloping cabinets are placed in the center of the exhibition hall. The usual height of a desk cabinet is: the total height of a flat cabinet is 105-120 centimeters; The total height of the inclined cabinet is about 140 centimeters; The cabinet length is 120-140 centimeters; Depth of 70-90 centimeters; The net height inside the cabinet is 20-40 centimeters. The set box is only available for viewing from one direction, similar to cabinets and niche style display cabinets. Various scenes can be set inside to present the exhibits in a "real" environment, making the display more vivid. The height of the set box is generally 180-15 centimeters or higher; Depth of 90-150 centimeters or more, length can be determined according to actual needs. The back and top sides of the set box should be designed in an arc shape to create a sense of depth. To ensure the authenticity of the scenery, the depth of the large set box should be at least half of the width, and there should be emphasis on lighting design to highlight the effect of the exhibits.
